Arranging an Independent Divorce Lawyer for your Partner
Your partner needs this agreement to be explained by an independent lawyer and if you would like us to arrange a lawyer from another firm to read through and give independent advice on the agreement then that would be an additional $500. Your partner can choose any lawyer or law firm they like as long as it is not our law firm.
Arrangements for Children
Our low cost divorce package excludes any arrangements for children. Any arrangements for children will be extra and need to be organised separately. If you are able to agree on the co-parenting of your children, including custody, visitation, and child support, that will help minimise associated costs .
